Our Mission
With the grace of the Holy Spirit, we will strive:
- To proclaim God's presence and grace in the world and spread the Word of the Lord.
- To help each other learn and understand the beauty of God's truth.
- To respond to human needs in our congregation, in North Kitsap, and in the world.
- To build faith and community through worship and fellowship.
- To show respect for God's creation with actions that sustain and renew life.
At Faith we are an inclusive community following the commandment to "love our neighbors as ourselves". To us this means we honor and value all people, with our open minds, open hearts, and open arms.
Open Minds
We strive to be a place where the open exchange of thoughts and ideas are encouraged and embraced. We are grateful for the diversity of God's creation, and the strength that comes from embracing it.
Open Hearts
We offer a warm, inclusive welcome to all as we come together at the table of the Eucharist. We believe that God unconditionally loves all people and we will follow in His footsteps, welcoming everyone to share in holy communion and in our community.
Open Arms
We look to our community as an opportunity to serve, both within our church and in the world beyond our doors. We gladly offer our gifts and talents to one another and to the larger community. We support each other not just in celebration but in times of trial, and we look to one another as part of our larger family.
